Whether you’re recovering from an injury, just getting started, or looking to take your Pilates to the next level, Warners Bay Pilates offers personalised programs to suit your needs.

Our studio sessions are held in a fully equipped Pilates space, using traditional apparatus and small equipment to enhance your experience. These sessions are highly individualised and led by our team of professional, experienced instructors. We design, teach, and adapt sessions for all levels—from beginners to advanced—integrating matwork, reformer, and small props to keep your practice varied and effective.

Studio Pilates is our most versatile and results-driven format, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Whether you’re looking to improve sports performance, support injury rehabilitation, reduce chronic pain, or prevent future injury—Our studio sessions deliver real results.

Key Information:

  • Initial Assessment Required: All new studio clients must complete an initial assessment before starting.
    (These sessions cannot be booked online. Please contact reception on 4947 4801.)

  • Bookings Essential: All studio sessions are limited to 4 clients per instructor per hour for individual attention.
